Mid-States consistent source of asphalt assures buyers of uniform quality. Every batch of Mid-States asphalt is tested at the refinery, as well as at our own labs in order to guarantee it's quality. All grades and types of Mid-States asphalt meet or exceed the physical requirements of ASTM D312-00a.
